Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund along with free 30 day returns.

There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame, 30 days from delivery.
  • The product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Any consumable item which has been used.
  • Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
  • Fragile items, hygiene-related items.

We accept the return of item only if it is in an unopened, original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and bar-codes on it, however, in this case, please contact Farah Store customer support for more information.

A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging. Packaging should be the same as when it was delivered to you.

The item can be returned to us through any courier you prefer.
